You have developed excellent knowledge in applying planning software to create clear, comprehensible, and realistic programmes.
You can plan from first principles and have a good understanding of construction design and NEC contract requirements.
A related degree, diploma, or vocational qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in Construction or Civil Engineering.
CSCS card.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a good level of IT skills.
Previous experience with a tier one or two contracting group working on civil engineering infrastructure.
You have engineering knowledge with relevant experience in suitable disciplines (such as structures, highways, rail, infrastructure, etc.).
You are highly organised, a relationship builder, a creative problem solver, resilient, and focused on quality.
Completion of courses relevant to a career in planning.
You ideally come from a site background and have transitioned into planning, bringing practical insight to your planning work.
You have experience with Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project
