Works with technical Project Management teams in other departments or lines of business to effectively manage and improve the overall group's operations and processes.
Develop workload plans and strategies to establish balanced internal and external resource levels to support five-year plans.
Supervise project managers represented by the Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) and contractors.
Manages the portfolio of assigned projects and ensures all projects are designed safely and constructed on time, on budget, on scope, and without adverse environmental or other regulatory impacts.

Skilled in negotiating and managing engineering, procurement, and construction services contracts.
Strong project scoping and cost estimating skills.
Six years total relevant experience in: technical project management or program management in the utility industry or business management in the utility industry
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, or other project management systems.
