- Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel).

- Knowledge of project management, understanding project baseline documentation, costs, and schedules.
- ACI Aggregate base testing
- familiarity with ASSHTO R18
- Familiarity with ASTM, ASSHTO, AMRL, CCRL and USACOE test methods specific to geotechnical and construction materials.
- Must be self-motivated, able to efficiently working independently while completing scheduled tasks, and/or lead a project team.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
- Daily use of EXCEL, Geosystems and eFieldData for recording of test results
- High School or General Education Equivalent (GED)
