The incumbent will own the complete lifecycle of Mendix workflow solutions, from capturing business needs to delivering a configured, documented and tested application. They will support the Center of Excellence, oversee project and change management activities, and ensure effective collaboration between technical and non‑technical teams.

The senior manager role is a techno‑functional position that requires at least ten years of progressive experience leading multi‑team projects and driving Mendix workflow solution deployments. The incumbent will work closely with subject‑matter experts to capture and translate business requirements into low‑code solutions.
Candidates must hold a valid Mendix Expert or Intermediate certification, a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and more than ten years of experience as a business analyst, configurator or project manager on automation initiatives. Additional knowledge of real‑estate operations, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies such as RPA, BPM, OCR and generative AI is considered a bonus. Preferred certifications include CBAP, Product Owner or PMP.
