Project and service support (including managing a portfolio of projects and contributing to the development of new service offers)
Shape the design of buildings to achieve net zero carbon targets, whilst still delivering a high-quality internal environment that promotes occupant wellbeing.

Working as part of multidisciplinary teams (including, but not limited to attending meetings with architects, planners, government agencies and clients as the project lead) driving and embedding the sustainability and physics agenda within projects.

Leading and growing our Net Zero Carbon and Building Performance team in Manchester
Project leadership and direction/mentorship of junior team members.

Proven track record in team leadership, work-winning and external relationship building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an engaging presenter.
Recognised engineering or other STEM based degree level qualification.
Deep knowledge of existing and emerging policy and standards for buildings
Creative mindset with strong graphical communication and ‘story telling’ skills
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Existing professional network and client base in Manchester
Robust working knowledge of Part L, UKNZCBS and NABERS
Passion for delivering integrated architectural and engineering designs to drive the Sustainability agenda within the built environment
Possess a minimum of 7 years of expertise in the field.
First principles understanding of sustainable and low carbon design
QA of deliverables
Passion for architectural design, sustainability and driving the Net Zero Carbon agenda within the built environment
An outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, who enjoys engaging with others to find innovative, practicable and deliverable solutions to complex problems.
