The role involves performing water damage mitigation and restoration services, including water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and debris removal of damaged materials. Technicians set up and monitor drying equipment, follow company drying protocols, and manage job site setup, containment, decontamination, and equipment monitoring. They also lead crews, perform job cleanup and breakdown.
Candidates should have experience in water mitigation, with IICRC certification preferred but not required. The job requires regular lifting of at least 50 lb (occasionally up to 100 lb with assistance), ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, have a good driving record, and be willing to participate in an on‑call rotation schedule.
