We are seeking a permanent, full‑time Electrician for the Responsive Repairs team, working 39 hours per week (8:00‑16:30 Monday‑Thursday, 8:00‑15:30 Friday) and covering Havant and surrounding areas.
We need a fully qualified and experienced electrician who also possesses strong customer‑service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Essential skills include certified electrician qualifications, experience with domestic and commercial electrical work, fixed‑wire testing up to 230 V/415 V, accurate completion of certifications and data records, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Essential qualifications are City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or NVQ Level 3), 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671), and a full UK driving licence; a DBS check will be required and funded by the employer.
Desirable qualifications include City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing. The position also involves out‑of‑hours call‑outs on a rota basis with additional pay, and candidates should review the role profile to ensure they meet all criteria before applying.
