- Conduct preventive maintenance and continuous operation of fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hot water systems.
- Monitor, adjust, and record performance of refrigeration, chilled water, reverse osmosis, air compressors, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose system malfunctions, report issues, and schedule corrective maintenance.
- Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with building critical functions and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate engineering logs, rounds, and data sheets.
- Follow hazardous material storage, usage, and disposal policies.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lb., climbing ladders, and working at heights or confined spaces.
