Assist the Property Manager(s) with preparation, entry and tracking of annual budget and obtaining necessary reports;
Provide additional assistance in resolving day-to-day issues as required;
Reconciling tenant accounts and preparing statements;
Record meeting minutes as required;
Assist in resolving tenant issues including reviewing and interpreting tenant leases;
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager;
Assist the Property Manager in collecting and entering monthly rents and tenant sales in Yardi;
Coordinate regional/ General & Administrative operations and expenses;
Prepare correspondence and distribute tenant letters as necessary;
Maintain accounting / invoicing procedures in conjunction with Head Office, including processing supplier invoices, entering purchase orders into Yardi and preparing monthly tenant service invoices;
Update and maintain tenant/vendor files as well as their insurance and utility account tracking;

Proven customer service and communication skills;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
