-Ability to work within large civil crews – teamwork is essential -Background in bulk and final trim earthworks -Willingness to work away on a 14/7 roster -140M, 150M, 16M graders -Relevant experience and current tickets for Civil Earthworks -Proven GPS Dozer or UTS / Final Trim Grader experience
