- Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
- Implement standardise systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
- To provide advice, guidance and support to ensure the day to day activities of the business are conducted with consistent methods, processes and satisfactory instruction.
- Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work.
- Support of the COUPAs (procurement / order processing) system, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services.
- Assist in managing the communication throughout the site.

- You will be working towards a Level 3 Data Technician qualification.
- Strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports,
- You cannot have studied data courses or be level 3 or above qualified in a related data qualification.
- IT proficiency, including MS Office suite, and good numeracy, able to handle figures
- Support of invoice query resolution.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or above is desirable.
- You will be working at our Knowsley Depot, Knowsley Industrial Estate, Woodward Road, Liverpool, L33 7UZ.
- You will be on a starting salary of £24,087, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits.
- You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however flexible start and end times can be discussed.
