Key duties include cleaning the business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model units and common areas on a defined schedule, preparing vacant apartments for showing and occupancy, and maintaining the property’s exterior such as driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, and hallways. The custodian also provides world‑class customer service by addressing resident concerns, reports maintenance problems to supervisors, assists with inventory control, follows safety guidelines, and performs other assigned tasks.
Competencies required are knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment, the ability to follow directions, complete tasks on time, and adhere to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies. Physical demands involve frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing or sitting for most of the shift, using hands to operate office machinery, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds regularly.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Compensation is $14.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
