As a Human Resources Administrator Trainer Coordinator at ECS, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s success by delivering training and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, organized, and dependable, with the ability to see the big picture and pursue career growth within the company.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, three years of relevant ECS experience, and hold (or be able to obtain within six months) a SHRM‑CP or PHR credential. Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and coaching abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS and accounting systems, are essential.
