- Provide hands‑on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance

STV is seeking a Process Mechanical BIM Specialist for its Water Practice in Texas to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling. The role focuses on facilitating smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.
Candidates should have an associate degree or higher and at least six years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for process mechanical design. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, together with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, is required; professional BIM certification and knowledge of scheduling and estimating are preferred.
- Associate degree or higher education and 6+ years of AEC industry experience focused on BIM for process mechanical design
