- Assists with concrete pours for various structures, including Pier Footings, Columns, Caps, and Bridge Decks.
- Erect both Metal and Wood forms.
- Assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.
- Use of power and/or hand tools too; construct and set forms to grade, install overhang brackets, build handrails & remove/clean forms after placement of concrete.
- Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
- Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.
- Properly secure and store all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each work day

- Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or plans to construct forms in preparation for Cast-in-Place (CIP) Concrete.

- Must have proper knowledge of using and maintaining any type of power equipment required to fulfill the job
