Bim Designer

Description

• Utilize tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems, collaborating closely with MEP teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure the accuracy and quality of all models, adhering to project requirements.
• Provide remote coordination and support for field operations, ensuring accurate integration of 3D scans and field data into project models.
• Develop and manage detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring alignment with project standards and goals.
• Stay up to date with advancements in BIM and VDC technologies, continuously applying new knowledge to improve processes and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in AutoCAD, BIM360, and BIM Track is a plus.
• Experience working in the advanced manufacturing space.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Designer.
• Experience in 3D low voltage designs in Revit.
• Ability to coordinate own designs.
• Proficiency in Revit with a rating of 8/10, managing detailed 3D models.
• Experience in LOD 300-400.
• Proficiency in Navisworks with a rating of 8/10 for clash detection.
