Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site
Count and manage the inventory
Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use of essential hand tools and battery-operated tools
Follow established job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures
Expected to oversee the production and efficiency of the install truck for their office
Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
Report install and service work to Install Manager

Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail with communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, &/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, &/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Ability to follow all OSHA regulations including wearing a respirator as needed.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in decorative concrete experience (epoxy, acrylics, urethane, polyaspartic, polyurea, overlay, residential, commercial, etc.)
Ability to operate a company vehicle with a valid driver's license
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
Must be able to operate a company-provisioned vehicle
