  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and completed work in CMMS.
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot escalated equipment issues and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and associates.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all equipment and facility systems.
  • Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.

  • Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
