Requirements

Join the Heritage Home Service team as the Plumbing Field Supervisor at our Auburn, NH location. We are seeking an experienced, licensed plumber to be our Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our plumbers and apprentices, ensuring high‑quality installations and repairs for residential projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining safety, training, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and local plumbing codes.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Service level Gas License in NH
• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience; supervisory experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to design and deliver training in one‑on‑one and classroom settings
• Proficient in scheduling, time management, and reporting
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pass a drug and background check
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
