Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Global Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas vendors; lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms.
End-to-End Procurement: Manage complete procurement lifecycle for construction materials and services.
SAP S/4 HANA Operations: Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and oversee contract management within SAP or S/4 HANA or ERP.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery and compliance with project timelines.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong civil engineering foundation to lead and optimize procurement operations for a high-end international villas construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience: 7–10 years in procurement within the construction industry (villas/residential projects preferred).
Added Advantage: Exposure to international sourcing and logistics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Proven expertise in SAP or S/4 HANA or ERP (mandatory).
