Contact and interact with contractors for machine maintenance issues requiring outside expertise
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of robotics, CNC machines, vision systems, and other control driven equipment
Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Supports the site TPM schedule for both operational equipment and facility systems under the direction of facility and operations managers
Work closely with manufacturing and engineering to get machines up and running to capacity
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdown on machine equipment to include diagnosing problems, finding solutions, and making the repairs with minimal downtime utilizing electrical and mechanical repairs.
Fully support facility safety program and actively contribute to continuous improvement of facility safety performance
Estimate project costs, including labor and materials and suggest appropriate vendor to perform the work
Order parts for repair and develop correct inventory levels for spare parts utilizing the purchasing system database
Completes facility repairs as required; or arranges for outside vendors to complete repairs.
Wiring machinery and making repairs to electrical components.
Implement additional safety guarding as needed
Support large scale capital projects for machine, infrastructure, and tooling needs.

8+ years of general work experience in industrial equipment maintenance, CNC machine tooling, and construction maintenance or repair work
Strong electrical and hydraulic experience - Pneumatic experience is a plus
Understanding of high voltage electrical system 480/208/110 3ph and 1ph
Knowledge of equipment maintenance protocols, autonomous and preventative maintenance processes.
Must have CNC Maintenance Experience
Ability to frequently bend and stoop for equipment maintenance and repairs
Familiarity with OSHA standards and regulations; and experience performing safety audits and reviews preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office required, including strong written/email communication experience
Ability to frequently carry up to 40lbs
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
