What you would be doing

  • Ensure all works are completed on time safely, within the permit and to the correct quality standard to allow delivery dates to be met
  • Attend meetings in the office with the office team to visualise work volumes and also provide required information relating to specific job
  • liaise directly with local authorities and building strong relationships
  • Ensure all health and safety is met on all sites and any near miss reporting or incidents are reported in the correct manor
  • Carry out pre site checks of works allocated to supplier
  • Manage civils workload sent to suppliers and provide back office with permit dates
  • Building a good relationship with the client, suppliers and public
  • Manage 2x field supervisors ensuring they are completing the required weekly safety checks
  • liaise directly with civils suppliers, carrying out weekly meetings with them
