Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations, this role serves as the strategic business partner to the SVP of Channel Sales and the leadership team, aligning operational initiatives with revenue objectives. It leverages data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, drive sales productivity, and enhance revenue optimization across regional and global initiatives.
The position is responsible for creating channel sales strategies and annual operational plans, providing insights to senior leadership, and ensuring alignment with the overall CRO sales growth strategy. It also leads process improvements, monitors key performance indicators, advocates for channel sellers, and mentors a high‑performing team.
- Develop channel sales strategy and annual operational plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior sales leadership, offering insights to optimize performance.
- Represent Channel Sales leadership in key programs and initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor sales productivity, identify improvement opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Lead regional and global initiatives to streamline channel processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of regional processes with global standards and collaborate with CRO, EDNA, and IT teams.
- Establish and track KPIs for channel operations, driving corrective actions to achieve revenue goals.
- Champion channel seller feedback to shape operational strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify training and development needs to align team capabilities with strategic objectives.

Benefits
The targeted base pay for this role ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 USD in Dallas, USA, and from $202,000 to $302,000 CAD in Toronto, Canada, with additional compensation such as bonuses and equity potentially available.
