Taking part in First Line Maintenance and TPM activities.
Making basic program and offset adjustments, and using machine probe systems.
Checking parts against specifications using measurement tools.
Supporting team development and maintaining a safe working environment.
Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers on development and new product introduction.
Following process layouts and work instructions, while meeting quality standards.
Operating internal and external cylindrical CNC grinders.

Experience with Studer machines (a plus, but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Willingness to work shifts.
Hands-on experience with CNC grinders in a precision engineering setting.

Apprenticeship-trained background.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
