The Director of Land Acquisition will lead land sourcing and deal execution in the Indianapolis market. This role is responsible for finding, evaluating, negotiating, and closing residential land deals, while working closely with the Division President and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the local market, established relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and municipalities, and can work independently. This position plays a key role in building a long-term land pipeline to support the division’s growth.
