The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting across Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth.
In this position you will manage the entire recruiting process for field roles, source and qualify candidates, maintain pipelines, gather interview feedback, and ensure a transparent, consistent candidate experience. You will also maintain accurate data in our ATS, follow standardized processes, and seek opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
You will support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives while contributing to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results, continuous improvement, and shared success.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred) and 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Ashby and ADP a plus).
