The Marketing & Impact Intern will support both the Marketing and Impact departments with advocacy, community outreach, branding, sustainability initiatives, and event execution. This full‑time summer 2026 internship is based in the San Diego, CA office and includes clerical, administrative, and material‑preparation duties.

Reach out to employees for information
Assist with setup and coordination of events internally and externally
Organize and ship out various materials for events
Source venues for meetings and events, including site visits
Build out food and beverage programs for events/meetings
Take notes on calls and organize next steps for internal teams
Process invoices and set up new business vendors
Assist with newsletter updates or pull content for internal sharing
Provide administrative support for swag store operations and coordinate with vendors
Support tradeshow‑related logistics
Organize the marketing warehouse, restocking, and inventory
Support creation and execution of company PowerPoint presentations
Input and gather project data for ESG reporting
Gather and organize state and regional project information for policy advocacy datasheets
Facilitate communication with community organizations, stakeholders, and local officials
Update and maintain various events calendars
