The role of Recycling Operative at the Newbridge depot is a full‑time fixed‑term position that involves segregation and sorting of construction materials to maximise recovery levels.

Pick and segregate construction waste (wood, metal, plasterboard, brick)
Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe environment
Follow company health and safety policies
Assist with baling operations for cardboard, paper, and plastics
Work safely around fixed plant, conveyors, vehicles, and mobile equipment
