What you would be doing

Energize your future at ATC! We’re looking for a Team Leader-EMS to ensure consistent and reliable applications of SCADA and other control center applications. You’ll lead the EMS team to ensure safe, reliable, and economic system operation.

  • Support a team with on-call responsibilities related to the bulk electric system
  • Provide oversight and stewardship of EMS access, projects, process design, change control, and architecture of the EMS environment
  • Lead EMS support staff responsible for technical engineering support services to the System Operation Center to update, develop, and maintain the Energy Management System and other control center automation systems
  • Assess staff performance and skill levels and provides coaching, reviews, and developmental opportunities to ensure high quality EMS support services
  • Collaborate across the organization with technology teams, representing the interests of EMS and System Operations
  • Provide program management oversight to ensure project activities are aligned with the overall strategy of the organization

*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs. Pay exceeding the posted range is considered for uniquely qualified candidates.

The targeted base pay for this position is $155,700 to $181,600 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
