Reports any contract/quality/program/cost issues to management, along with recommendations for resolution
Train and coach the resources to be developed in BIM Level 2
Prepare roadmap for driving the BIM competency Maturity level to 3 for organizational level
BIM Collaborates with suppliers and review vendor documentation to ensure BIM standards are implemented in their designs.
Interacts with customers and provides technical guidance on BIM design related queries.
Perform Gap analysis of current skill level against advanced BIM level requirements.

Execute independent BIM design work packages received from HUB's.
Investigate and analyze benefit vs cost for investing in new software requirements in CAD.
Ensures accurate application and implementation of standard processes and tools in preparing accurate drawings.
Contributes to design reviews and verification following established QA/QC process.
Act as a BIM specialist, prepare and provide guidance to drafting resources / project teams on highly complex designs / drawings.
