Promote Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and share lessons to achieve better outcomes, sometimes delivering training to project teams and the supply chain.
Inspection and Test Plans: Check and verify that ITPs are suitable for the works, capture our acceptance criteria and are delivered in time, as per our Project Quality Plan.
Produce Regular Reports: Generate reports for the project leadership, highlighting best practices, areas for improvement, and communicating quality performance.
Records: Undertake reviews of the records we generate such as checklists, testing results and diaries to ensure they are appropriate, any gaps are identified and that we’re maintaining a Golden Thread of information.
Planning for Quality: Maintain the Project Quality Plan and ensure we are prepared for compliance with our ongoing and upcoming tasks.
Implement Quality Systems: Support the project by implementing our quality systems and processes and contribute to the delivery of Regional Buildings quality strategy and action plan.
Inspections: Undertake regular inspections of the works to identify areas for improvement, supporting teams and supply chains with necessary assistance.
Ensure Smooth Handovers: Work with project team to compile the projects H&S file and O&M manual, enabling a defect-free handover and leaving a positive legacy.
Materials: Ensure all materials being incorporated into the works have been assessed, are accompanied by the required information and have been accepted in accordance with our Material Approval Procedure.
Issue Management: Ensure our non-conformance procedures are being followed, all issues are being recorded and actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
