HVAC and EPA Certification

Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.
Knowledge of property management at the leasing and administrative levels.
The ability to understand and work within a budget
Experience with Yardi
The ability to create a team-centered environment and lead that team effectively
Experience in estimating maintenance and repair timelines and costs associated with projects
Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
The ability to take direction from leadership and follow through on the directive
Proven time management skills in meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Pool certification preferred
