We’re seeking a Senior MEP Cost Manager with deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to lead cost planning and commercial management. You’ll be embedded within a multidisciplinary client team, supporting delivery from pre-contract through to completion.

8+ years’ experience in MEP cost management within industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical sectors
Must have the legal right to live and work in Singapore
Strong understanding of regional procurement practices and cost drivers
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; MRICS or equivalent preferred
Proven track record delivering complex projects in APAC
