Ensure Safety, Quality, and Risk Control - Enforce safety and quality plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise and Mentor Teams - Lead a team of 15+, onboard supervisors, and maintain productivity.
Manage Full Project Lifecycle - Direct all phases from preconstruction and design input to execution and close-out

Salary Range $164,000 to $195,000 per annum
Salary will commensurate with education and experience
3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
