Measure and take off quantities for MEP work elements
Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work
Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
Good communication and written skills in English
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
4-5 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision, project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position
Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
