As the Community Manager for Windsor Metro West in Dallas, TX, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional living experience for current and prospective residents across one to three properties. You will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team, Support Services Hub, and Service Team to ensure smooth coordination of all business aspects. Key focus areas include financial management, maintaining building quality, enhancing resident retention, managing risk and crises, and protecting each community’s reputation.
- Model and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values among associates.
- Supervise Resident Services and Service Manager directly; oversee Service Team indirectly.
- Set short- and long‑term performance goals for direct reports and track benchmarks.
- Conduct bi‑weekly operations and sales meetings to provide feedback and set expectations.
- Partner with Learning & Development to ensure onboarding, ongoing, Fair Housing, and annual compliance training for all direct reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to control expenditures, achieve budgeted revenue, and outperform sub‑market peers.
- Ensure procurement compliance for purchases, vendor selection, and invoice processing.
- Address resident concerns promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high‑quality living environment for residents.
- Organize and execute resident appreciation events and engagement activities.
- Manage the resident renewal program to meet retention targets.
- Assist other Windsor Communities as directed by the Divisional Manager.
