Coordinating all logistics to ensure every project runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Research permit expirations, address violations, and track failed inspections for resolution.
Oversee subcontractor scheduling, maintaining a database of reliable vendors, and collaborating with the team to build relationships with qualified service providers.
