Description

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols relating to environmental sustainability and product quality standards.
• Conduct daily machinery inspections to ensure operational readiness and safety.
• Maintain product quality standards to meet customer specifications and expectations.
• Load vehicles accurately and safely, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with site traffic management processes to support safe and effective site operations.
• Provide training and support to colleagues, demonstrating competence and knowledge in relevant operational areas.
• Safely and efficiently operate driving machinery following completion of relevant training and formal authorization.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by promptly reporting all accidents and near misses in accordance with health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• First aid trained
• Loading shovel certificate
• Computer literate
