Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.
Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
3+ years of work order management.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics.
Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.
Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance.
Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
Previous leadership experience.

Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.
Previous vendor management experience.
Experience with robotic maintenance.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
