-Obtain certifications relevant to siding and window products to ensure excellent service quality -Assess job sites prior to beginning work to ensure that high-quality repairs and installations can be performed -Perform warranty repairs and product adjustments using the proper materials and provided tools -Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times on job sites -Represent the company positively by adhering to conduct standards and responding to customer concerns with patience and professionalism -Conduct inspections of windows and siding for damage, performance, and safety issues -Deliver exceptional service by treating customers with respect and professionalism, ensuring that work is completed on time and to high standards
