Yard Technician

Description

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after use
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment
• Perform routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
• Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment
• Maintain equipment inventory systems per SOPs
• Clean general yard and shop according to company standards
• Ensure a safe, hazard‑free workplace
• Uphold EquipmentShare culture and high customer‑experience standards
• Assist with duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

We’re hiring a Yard Technician at our rental facility in Williston, ND, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Yard Technicians are responsible for helping the rental facility keep their storage yard in top shape by assisting with maintenance and everyday tasks.

EquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and, for safety‑sensitive positions, a drug test.

• Safety training and PPE required when applicable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a 10‑panel drug screen (safety‑sensitive role)
