Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing toilets.
Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting, as well as patch plastering as required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
