

Provides power tools, hand tools, outdoor equipment, engineered fastening systems and industrial solutions.
This position performs semi‑skilled work operating a variety of material handling equipment to transport component parts and finished goods, set up production lines, and maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations.
Key duties include operating conventional forklifts, stockpickers, reach trucks, tuggers, and walkie stackers; using visual management and safety alerts; moving inventory in and out of production and warehouse areas; right‑sizing inventory to about 80% utilization with correct LPN types; performing daily forklift inspections; tracking parts with RF devices and the WM system; completing 6S housekeeping tasks; and cross‑training across all material‑handling areas while working overtime as needed.
Required knowledge and skills include a forklift certification (MTD/SBD) and driver’s license, the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment, use an RF gun, lift 40 lb consistently, perform basic math, follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing while working well in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
