Associate Property Asset Manager - Industrial & Logistics Investment Platform

You’ll join as a Property Asset Manager Associate reporting into senior AMs and Partners. Initially you’ll manage firm-owned industrial & logistics assets – single tenant and multi-let nationally. Over time you’ll help scale the management platform to include JV and European assets.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations: lease compliance, rent/service charge collection, tenant relations, contractor & site oversight.
• Working closely on strategic tasks: rent reviews, lease negotiations, assisting with acquisitions & disposals.
• Be part of building out a platform from early stage: influence procedures, systems, operations etc.
• Helping establish procedures, systems & operations to support rapid growth and high ESG/investment standards.

• Comfortable travelling: full UK driving licence essential (site visits will be required)
• They uphold strong ESG credentials: using ESG enhancement funds in investment appraisals & targeting environmental certifications.
• Strong thematic investment strategy with focus on sustainability, ESG & growth in industrial & logistics across the UK and Europe
• Strong industrial & logistics property management experience (client side or consultancy)
• MRICS qualified (newly qualified, up to ~2 years PQE)
• Highly organised, self-starter, with a high attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Direct exposure to senior leadership and key strategic decision makers
