The role is responsible for executing reactor turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities across Constellation Clean Energy Centers. It standardizes outage processes, reinforces expectations for Outage Services personnel, and promotes an error‑free, professional work environment.
Candidates must have significant power‑generation experience—such as a bachelor’s degree with eight years, an associate’s degree with ten years, or a high‑school diploma with twelve years—and demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages. They must also meet access and medical requirements, with managerial, turbine/generator, and strong communication skills considered advantageous.
