The leader will oversee complex interior‑design assignments, applying advanced techniques and extensive knowledge of design principles. Responsibilities include directing the interior‑design department, ensuring quality and profitability of projects, coordinating with other disciplines, and handling construction administration tasks such as specifications, schedules, and site reviews.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture, have at least ten years of experience as a licensed interior designer, and possess NCDIQ certification. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
