Experience across civic, commercial, education, aviation, or federal market sectors strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Understand drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project management processes.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Project); experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
Licensed Architect or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; PMP certification a plus.
