The Pump and Power Road Technician 1 is responsible for performing basic diagnostics and repairs on pump, power, and HVAC equipment, prioritizing rapid return to service to minimize downtime. Work includes servicing dehumidifiers, generators, air compressors, and related electrical and hydraulic systems while adhering to safety standards. The role requires physical tasks such as bending, lifting 25 lb or more, and working both indoors and outdoors.

Required knowledge encompasses basic refrigeration, electrical engines, generators, compressed‑air treatment, and the ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic drawings.

Sunbelt offers a base pay range of $24.05–$34.56, adjusted for location, experience, and education, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Eligibility for benefits begins the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
