Requirements

• Has scaled multi-channel growth engines in the home improvement, home remodeling, replacement window, bathroom and/or kitchen remodeling, roofing, siding, or any other interior or external remodeling service. You may also have experience in related home services, like landscaping, flooring, etc
• Operates with precision in data-driven decision-making—CRM, AI, predictive analytics, and pipeline metrics
• Brings proven expertise in scaling sales performance in a one-call close environment that maximizes conversions, consistency, and revenue growth.
