Participate/attend industry forums that could have Company impacts with respect to policies, standards, and technology.
Assist in developing direction and objectives as aligned to long term growth strategy for International Defence and Government customers.
Guide the International Defence Working Group in implementing key business development strategies.
As required, day to day interaction with the Business Segment business development and sales leads for updates and review of business metrics as related to business capture efforts.
Execute area objectives in support of International Defence Working Group strategy, with a focus on the United Kingdom, NATO, Norway, Australia, Taiwan, and Japan.

Excellent networking, negotiation, verbal, and written skills
Knowledge and experience with export regimes in the U.S. and UK
Military/Government background with significant understanding of international defence and government organizations.
Senior level interaction and goal/strategy commitment for and with industry partners and Customer leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
International BD experience, especially in UK, NATO, Australia
Offshore / oilfield operational experience
Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.
Ability to obtain security clearances in countries of interest
Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others
English and Non-English language skills are desired
BS or equivalent experience
Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
Experience evidencing a strong Business Acumen.
